What is SHRM?

The Society for Human Resource Management is a professional organization that is dedicated to helping individuals develop valuable leadership and organizational skills. SHRM, the leading voice of the HR professions, represents 80,000 professional and 7000 student members from more than 400 professional and 200 student chapters. SHRM provides its members with government and media representation, education and information.

The TCU Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a growing organization that offers its members the opportunity to experience many different facets of the business world. The TCU-SHRM chapter is sponsored by the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association. TCU-SHRM is a student organization open to all TCU students and is a great vehicle for building your personal network of professional contacts. You don't have to be a Human Resource Management major...any major is welcome!
